“ท้ามองโลก ดาหน้าสู่อันตราย ส่องหลังกำแพง ใกล้ชิดให้มากขึ้น ค้นหากันและกัน รู้สึก นั่นคือเป้าหมายของชีวิต” (To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, to draw closer, to find each other and to feel. That is the purpose of life.)

อย่าปล่อยให้ใครๆ มาพูดกับลูกว่า นายทำไม่ได้หรอก แม้แต่ตัวพ่อเอง เข้าใจไหม? ความฝันของลูกลูกก็ต้องปกป้อง เพราะพวกเขาทำมันไม่ได้ เขาเลยบอกลูกว่าลูกทำไม่ได้ แต่ถ้าลูกต้องการสิ่งนั้นจริงๆ  ก็ไปเอามันมาให้ได้ ก็เท่านั้นแหละ
(Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something, not even me. Alright? You dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.)

ผมรู้ว่าอะไรคือสิ่งที่ผมต้องทำตอนนี้ ผมต้องหายใจต่อไป เพราะพรุ่งนี้พระอาทิตย์ก็จะขึ้น แล้วใครจะไปรู้ล่ะว่ากระแสน้ำจะพัดอะไรมา?
(I know what I have to do now, I’ve got to keep breathing because tomorrow the sun will rise. Who knows what the tide could bring?)
